I was deeply honoured to be invited as a speaker at EIXPO 2026, an inspiring event that brought together parents, therapists, educators, healthcare professionals, researchers, and advocates who share the common goal of improving the lives of children and individuals with special needs.
It was a privilege to share my clinical experiences and perspectives on supporting children with autism and other developmental conditions. I hope my session encouraged meaningful discussions and provided practical insights that families and professionals can apply in their daily practice.
However, one of the greatest takeaways from EIXPO 2026 was not only the opportunity to speak, but also the opportunity to listen and learn.
Throughout the event, I had the privilege of engaging with passionate parents, experienced therapists, dedicated educators, and fellow healthcare professionals. Listening to their stories, challenges, innovative approaches, and practical experiences reminded me that every family and every professional contributes valuable knowledge to the special needs community.
As a medical doctor, I strongly believe that learning never stops. Every conversation with a parent deepens my understanding of the daily realities families face. Every discussion with therapists and educators broadens my perspective on intervention strategies and multidisciplinary care. Every professional exchange strengthens our collective ability to provide better support for children and their families.
Children with special needs achieve the best outcomes when families, healthcare professionals, therapists, schools, and the community work together. Collaboration, mutual respect, and continuous learning are essential in building an inclusive support system where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the organisers of EIXPO 2026 for the kind invitation and for creating such an excellent platform for knowledge sharing, professional networking, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
I also wish to thank every parent, therapist, educator, healthcare professional, exhibitor, and participant whom I had the pleasure of meeting. Your passion, dedication, and willingness to share your experiences have inspired me and reinforced my commitment to lifelong learning and serving the special needs community.
I look forward to continuing these collaborations and working together to create a future where every child is supported, every family feels empowered, and every individual is given the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.
