I recently had the privilege of participating in the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) Annual Conference 2026, held on 24–25 July 2026. The conference centred on the theme "Hormonal Health Across the Lifespan: Fertility, Midlife & Longevity", bringing together healthcare professionals from around the world to explore the latest evidence and clinical advances in integrative and nutritional medicine.
The scientific programme covered a wide range of topics, including hormonal health, nutrition, environmental medicine, chronic disease prevention, healthy ageing, and evidence-based integrative healthcare. It also provided valuable opportunities to exchange ideas with clinicians, researchers, and educators who are committed to advancing patient care.
For me, continuous medical education is an essential part of providing the best possible care for my patients. Attending international scientific conferences allows me to stay updated with the latest research, learn from global experts, and translate evidence-based knowledge into practical clinical care.
"Medicine is constantly evolving. By embracing lifelong learning and evidence-based practice, I hope to provide better care, inspire hope, and improve the quality of life for the individuals and families I serve."
I remain committed to advancing my knowledge in integrative medicine, nutritional medicine, mental health, and special needs care. Through ongoing education, research, and collaboration, I strive to bring internationally recognised best practices into my clinical practice and community education initiatives.
I look forward to applying the valuable insights gained from ACNEM 2026 as I continue my mission of promoting healthier lives through evidence-based, holistic healthcare.
